Premier

Hello friends,
 I just graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Forestry and am going to work at Philmont Scout Ranch for the summer and then possibly hike around the nicer crevices of the US until the Forest Service or some other desirable entity decides they want to hire me.
I'm starting a blog as a means to keep in touch and so that my parents can reap the full potential of the life insurance policy they took out on me when I told them I was going to work at Philmont. The agency might need a full report of events leading up to my demise. Until then, I want to post pictures and keep a general log of work and non-work adventures and travel. Once a week? Every day? Who knows. More importantly, you should comment and tell me whats going on in your life! Because I am going to miss everyone dearly. My adventure begins exactly 10 days from today. Until then it will just be packing and bye-byes and getting trucks stuck in the mud for 4 hours at the lake. (that was yesterday...)
